• Obtain and conduct leadership responsibilities, organize staff developments, establish collaborative teaching, established and opened 3 new media centers in 2022, 2011, 2009

• Peer Coaching- promoting the use of technology in the curriculum, designing a Project-Based Learning curriculum

• Create, develop, establish, and implement an innovating media program

• Create a complete collection development appropriate for the needs of our students, and teachers to satisfy House Bill 1467, latest implementation of technology, materials, and reading incentives. 

• Teach information literacy, reading, science, geography, and United States Government through Common Core Standards, America Library Association Standards, ISTE Technology Standards 

• Manage and maintain a suitable well-rounded collection for our students and teachers

• Professional Developments- Participate in national, state, and district media specialist and technology developments; such as Library of Congress, Florida Association for Media in Education, All County, FAU DETA 1, B-NABSE Leadership Conference, FETC Future Educators Technology Conference
